We will make every effort we can to deliver goods within the specified time frame, however we cannot guarantee delivery within that time frame or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame or for failed deliveries.

Worldwide Delivery

International delivery is by Fed Ex International Priority via a tracked service. Fed Ex aim to delivery worldwide within 2-6 days.

Please note: for delivery outside the UK, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Hassle free exchange or refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and dispatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item

Where the goods have been dispatched the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or jewellery due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.
